Your Week at a Glance
After spending the night near the airport, we will eat a filling breakfast and then hit the road to Otavalo. We will drive through the strikingly green Andes Mountains, passing old adobe houses and farmers who still plow the fields with Oxen. Along the way, we will stop at the equator monument where you can stand with one foot in each hemisphere.
The Hacienda is a magical place. Between the gardens, the decor and all the nooks and crannies you will have plenty explore.
During the week, we will visit the equator, the oldest Hacienda in Ecuador, watch Agave Honey being harvested, visit Lake Cuicocha, Peguche Waterfalls, and the Otavalo Market. We will have a weaving demonstration at the Peguche Wasi cooperative. We will see the Indigenous culture as interpreted through a Folkloric Dance.
All of this fun will be interspersed with a presentation by each blogger with plenty of time for discussion groups, You will spend a week with your "tribe"---people who have the same goals as you do---happiness and financial freedom.
*Note: The first Saturday is an arrival day. No activities are scheduled.
You will be provided with Dinner or a snack Saturday evening
on arrival. Most flights leave at midnight on the following Saturday and we will provide a tour of Quito
that day prior to going to the airport.
