One-on-one sessions
One of the most exciting parts of your trip will be the opportunity for you to sit down for a private session with our presenters. Here’s how it works:
1. Each attendee gets two private sessions.
2. Each session will be one hour long.
3. You will get to choose the two presenters with whom you wish to meet.
4. You will be asked to select, in order, two alternatives.
5. While we will try our best to accommodate everybody’s first choices it may not always be possible.
6. Sessions will be booked in the order registrations are received. The earlier you register, the more likely you’ll get your first choices.
7. Once your sessions are confirmed, you’ll be asked to email your presenters with your thoughts and ideas as to how you’d like to spend the hour. This will allow them time for reflection and to prepare. Our goal is to make these as useful, fun and relevant to you as possible.
